We either share these posts that catch our interest, or we want to save them to look at again later ourselves or to show someone else.

If we want to save something to our device, though, it's not really possible to do that directly from Instagram. To save any content from Instagram to our device, we either need to use a third-party app or access something similar. On top of all this, we can also save some content to our device by taking a screenshot. But this method only works for photo content, and we have to put up with some hassle (cropping, trimming, and so on).

Actually, we don't need to put up with any of that hassle at all. Because Instagram has thought of its users on this front too. With every new update bringing improvements and conveniences to the app, Instagram rolled out an update last year that gave the app the ability to save posts within the app itself. On Instagram, users can save posts they like to the Saved section using the save button, and they can come back and look at these posts again whenever they want. Instagram's Saved feature, which is quite handy, is well-loved and widely used by users.

However, even though every feature brings a big convenience, it can also come with some hassle. The biggest hassle with this feature is deleting the posts saved to the Saved section, in other words removing them from the Saved list. As you know, content saved to the Saved section on Instagram can be removed by going back into the post and tapping the save button again. This rather tedious process has annoyed users quite a bit, and it kept annoying them.

Users who have saved a particularly large number of posts (100, 200, 500, etc.) to their Saved section especially had to open each piece of content one by one and remove the save button from each post. But in one of its recent updates, Instagram found at least a partial fix for this pain point of the feature and rolled it out to users. Now, content in the Saved section on Instagram can be removed in bulk by selecting items, instead of one at a time. With this new feature, Instagram solved this pain point for a lot of users.

• First, go to the "Saved" section on Instagram.

To go to the Saved section on Instagram: go to your Profile section. While in your Profile section, tap the "hamburger" icon (three stacked lines) in the top right of the app. Then, from the options in the sheet that opens, tap the "Saved" option.

• In the Saved section, tap the "All Posts" option to see all your saved posts.
• Then, a page will open showing all your saved posts. In this section, tap the "three dots side by side" icon in the top right, and after tapping the icon, tap the "Select..." option in the sheet that pops up from the bottom.
• From here, we can select saved posts and delete them in bulk. You can select just the ones you want to remove, or select them all. After you've finished selecting, tap the "Remove from Saved" button at the bottom of the page.
• Then, you'll be asked for one last confirmation that you're sure. Tap the "Remove from Saved" button in the window that appears and finish the process.

The posts you selected in Saved will no longer be in your Saved list.
