Diablo 4 Hotfix 5 Patch Notes 1.2.3

Diablo 4 Hotfix 5 patch notes: Uber Duriel drop rates doubled, and more. The patch notes released for Diablo 4 Patch 1.2.3 Hotfix 5 state that Echo of Duriel Uber Uniques will get increased drop rates for a limited time.

Uniques, which represent the strongest gear Diablo 4 players can obtain, have had low drop rates from the start. This is especially true for the highly sought-after Uber Uniques, since only a handful of them exist.

Blizzard had previously stated that only enemies at level 85 or higher can drop these ultra-rare items. Season 2 introduced a situation where the drop chance for Uber Uniques increases after the final endgame boss fight against Duriel.
