Our Thoughts on Football Manager 2021 Mobile

FM21 Mobile honestly fell a bit short of our expectations. Overall there isn't much difference from last year's game, and the mobile app still hasn't gotten a 3D match engine. Türkiye's lower divisions still haven't been activated, which is genuinely bad news for anyone who loves playing the Turkish league, since the teams going up and down tend to be the same ones each time, and it loses its appeal. Due to licensing, most club badges and player faces couldn't be added. The number of injuries is also much higher than in previous years.

Finally, while the game tried to calm down the heavy transfer market activity of previous years, it seems to have overcorrected. Selling your own players for their value or signing any player at all is quite difficult. Rival clubs demand at least 2-3 times a player's value, which is further proof of how much harder transfers have become. There's no need to lose hope, though. These issues could be fixed through changes made in future updates to the mobile app.
