The man nicknamed Florida Joker, whose real name is Lawrence Sullivan, had made many demands of Rockstar Games through TikTok clips. Keeping up his insistence on getting a response, Florida Joker soon began demanding millions of dollars over the GTA 6 resemblance.

Who Is GTA 6 Joker/Florida Joker?
Lawrence Sullivan is a former tattoo model who gained internet fame from a viral mugshot taken in 2017. According to a Miami-Dade police report, he was arrested on a charge of carrying a concealed firearm.
Looking like he stepped out of a DC comic book, Sullivan won over many people with his colorful facial tattoos and bright green hair, which earned him the nickname "Florida Joker."

Why Is Florida Joker Trending?
Florida Joker claims his own likeness appears in the GTA 6 trailer, which is why he keeps issuing warnings to Rockstar Games through the videos he posts.
Sullivan first commented on the matter by saying; "Maybe you've seen that character in GTA 6, they released the trailer today.' 'You know, that character with the face tattoos, you know who they took inspiration from. From me! Look me up: Florida Joker, Miami Joker, you know what I'm saying."
Florida Joker also announced his final warning. Explaining that talks had taken place with lawyers, Sullivan told Rockstar Games in his final warning, “We sent you a letter, we're waiting for a response. If we don't get a response after my birthday on January 11, we'll pursue legal action."

"Now I want 5 million dollars, because I get harassed everywhere I go, at the airport, on the streets, with people saying 'you're that GTA Joker.'" said Florida Joker, before ending his statement by telling developers Rockstar and Take-Two to "bring me my money."
It's unknown whether Rockstar has been in contact with Sullivan over this dispute, or what role, if any, a character resembling Florida Joker will play once the game releases.
GTA 6 is planned for release in 2025, and Rockstar has officially confirmed it will launch on current-generation consoles like the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
