Lux
- Attack speed per level 1% ⇒ 2%.
- Passive mark duration is extended if a basic attack is in the air or R is being cast.
- E damage 60-260 (+65% ability power) ⇒ 70-270 (+70% ability power).
- R cooldown 80-40s ⇒ 60-40s.
Miss Fortune
- Base mana 325.84 ⇒ 300.
- W mana cost 30 ⇒ 45.
Quinn
- W's bonus attack speed 20-80% ⇒ 20-60%.
