Phreak Brings a Support Meta Shakeup in Patch 13.3

Support tends to be a role that attracts playmakers. According to Phreak's video outlining his goals for the support changes coming with LoL patch 13.3, he's aiming for "a healthy professional play meta." Phreak is aiming for at least a 50/50 split between ranged and melee supports. He's setting out to end a bot lane meta where pros worried about setting up a lane that could push and dominate early, or a lane where the ADC is arranged to be a hyper-carry alongside an Enchanter. Phreak has also published a full set of tentative notes for many support champions. The upcoming changes to these champions are as follows:
