KRAFTON, Inc. announced today a collaboration between PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS and the world-famous group NewJeans.

Described by The Face as "the world's most important girl group" and by Billboard as "one of pop music's most recognized and influential groups," the group has more than seven million YouTube subscribers and 16 million monthly listeners on Spotify.

Ahead of today's announcement, PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS had already teased the PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS x NewJeans collaboration. A video released on May 31 showed a Care Package featuring the NJ Tokki character dropping from the sky. Also, a PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS helmet featuring rabbit ears and the phrase "WHO IS THIS?" sparked curiosity among players and fans alike.

Finally, in a teaser image released yesterday, the members of NewJeans were depicted running through a pastel-colored PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS world. The image unveils the collaboration's PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS x NewJeans-themed decorations, including buses, an outdoor stage, starting plane banners and Care Packages.

More teasers will be shared before the PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS x NewJeans collaboration begins. The collaboration content will arrive on PC starting June 12, and on consoles starting June 20.
