TFT 12.8 Patch Notes: Champion and Item Changes

The TFT 12.8 patch is coming our way very soon. While we're excitedly waiting for the new patch notes, the details are already in! The TFT 12.8 patch notes include a number of buffs and nerfs, champion changes, item balancing, and some bug fixes. While champions like Renata Glasc and Kha'Zix are getting changes, Jinx is being nerfed. Let's take a closer look at the patch notes:

The TFT 12.8 patch is expected to go live on April 27, 2022, which is a Wednesday.

TFT 12.8 Update Patch Notes

Buffs and Nerfs

• Four-cost carries Renata Glasc and Kha'Zix were changed. The former was buffed with a support that slows attack speed, while the latter was nerfed through changes to her spell's AD scaling and to Mutant as a whole.
• Jinx was nerfed with a one- and two-star nerf that reins in her rocket damage.
• Syndicate compositions were buffed with extra resistances added to the trait.
• Gangplank was nerfed.

• Fixed an issue causing Sunfire Aegis (Radiant Sunfire Cape) to only affect enemies within 1 hex.
• Fixed an issue preventing Senna from gaining mana from Blue Buff and Blue Battery after casting.
• Fixed an issue preventing Orianna from gaining mana while stealthed by Edge of Night during her cast.
