TFT 13.14 Patch Notes: All Early PBE Changes

Riot Games will return from summer break on July 19 with a major Teamfight Tactics update via Patch 13.14, focusing on Augment and item balance changes in the Set Nine Runeterra Reforged meta. For the upcoming TFT 13.14 PBE patch notes, the changes made on the PBE servers mostly focus on Set Nine Augments, especially Legendary Augments.

TFT Augment PBE Changes

• Balanced Budget: Gold reduced from four to five.
• Balanced Budget Two: Gold reduced from eight to six.
• Balanced Budget Three: Gold reduced from 12 to 10.
• Caretaker's Ally: Rework—"Whenever you level up, gain the same random 3-cost champion."
• Caretaker's Chosen: The level at which it unlocks a Radiant Armory item changed from eight to seven.
• Know Your Enemy: Rework—"Your units deal 15% more damage. If you and your opponent activate any of the same traits, they deal 20% more damage instead."
• Knowledge Download : XP gained reduced from 16 to 12.
• Knowledge Download Two : XP gained reduced from 24 to 22.
• Knowledge Download Three : XP gained reduced from 40 to 36.
• Money : Gold is gained up front, then drops to 10 after four rounds.
• Money Money : Gold is gained up front, then drops to 16 after four rounds.
• Money Money Money : Gold is gained up front, then drops to 25 after four rounds.
• Riftwalk : Players now gain a Kassadin.
• Days Go By : Shop rerolls reduced to 10.
• Day Two Continues : Shop rerolls reduced to 15.
• Day Three Continues : Shop rerolls reduced to 25.
• Spoils of War Two : Loot drop chance reduced to 30%.
• Spoils of War Three : Loot drop chance reduced to 40%.
• Young and Wild and Free : Gains a random item Component(s).

TFT Item PBE Changes

• Locket of the Iron Solari : Shield reduced from 300/350/400 to 180/200/220, and its damage duration reduced to four seconds.
• Sniper's Focus: Added bonus attack range.
• Sniper's Focus : Bonus damage per hex reduced from 10% to 8%.

TFT Champion PBE Changes

Among TFT Set Nine champions, only Orianna received a balance change with a rework after the lowest-health ally gains a shield.

• Orianna: Rework—After giving the lowest-health ally a shield for four seconds, the spell empowers Orianna's next attack to deal an additional 260/390/585 spell damage. The ability where the shield expires was removed.

When Will the TFT 13.14 Patch Arrive?

Future updates to 13.14 on the PBE servers are expected to go live between July 11 and 13.
