The Ascent is an action-RPG video game developed by Neon Giant. Playable solo or in co-op, the game takes place in a cyberpunk world. Players take on the role of workers who are worked like slaves by a mega-corporation called The Ascent Group. The Ascent Group, which dominates the entire metropolis, collapses one day for a reason nobody knows. The workers' district suddenly turns into a state of chaos, and the chain of events that follows begins right at that point. Now it's time for the workers to take up arms and fight back against the gangs... Putting players through a war against enemy factions in a disaster scenario, the game is getting ready to deliver an exciting gaming experience on July 29th.
