CoD Warzone Season 2 Patch Notes: New Weapons and Map Changes

With the arrival of Season 2 of Call of Duty: Warzone, 2 new weapons and various modes have been added to the game, starting with the Verdansk map. Let's take a look together at the new updates added to the game.

New CoD Warzone Locations and Map Changes

A new cargo ship POI is coming to Warzone in Season 2. But that is not the only new thing in the game. It was also revealed that "something big has started rumbling underground" on the Verdansk map. However, players are expected to discover this for themselves.

New CoD Warzone Weapons: FARA 83 and LC-10

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will add six new weapons during Season 2. Since the two games are linked, this means we will see these weapons in Warzone as well. Two of the weapons that will enter the game have been announced. They are the FARA 83 assault rifle and the LC-10. Of these weapons, the LC-10 SMG is a new addition to the series. The FARA 83 assault rifle can be unlocked by reaching Tier 15 of the Battle Pass. The LC-10 SMG, a newly introduced weapon in the series, is available at Tier 31 of the Battle Pass.

New Call of Duty: Warzone Modes

Rebirth Island's new Resurgence Extreme mode is one of the standout new features of Season 2. It will be available immediately after the release of Season 2. Another new mode also stands out: the Exfiltration mode, which will be played on the Verdansk map.

• Players who stay in the gas continuously will take more damage.
• Seasonal Challenges that were unlocked earlier can be completed after the season ends and in future seasons.
