In Season 6, the battlefield takes an even nastier turn as No-Pat soldiers are captured by a treacherous organization and experimented on. Dark Creations' new map Redacted, set in the Outer Hebrides, Scotland, aims to deliver a very special gameplay experience, offering a fully enclosed battlefield built for intense, claustrophobic firefights, inspired by fan-favorite maps from the series' past such as Operation Locker (Battlefield 4) and Operation Metro (Battlefield 3).

As with every new season, players will get the chance to try various new weapons and gadgets in Dark Creations. The VHX D3 has optimized portability and performance, making it a valuable companion for close- and medium-range fights. The Laugo Alien is a semi-automatic, highly accurate L9CZ pistol, well suited to close-range situations. The G428 rifle has outstanding accuracy and significant penetration power for marksmen. New additions to the gadget repertoire include the Ammo Pouch and Health Pouch, which give players ways to help their team when their health points approach critical levels. With the YUV-2 Pondhawk****, players will be able to quickly support objectives thanks to this new vehicle's dynamic driving abilities.

In addition to all this content, Season 6 will bring many new improvements to keep cross-platform play balanced, including Aim Assist improvements for console players, recon balancing, tank rotation and jet control improvements.
