In brief
AI summaryIn TFT Patch 11.10, from May 2021, four comps are rated S tier: Brawler-Abomination, 6 Skirmisher, 8 Legionnaire and Kayle Carry.
The TFT Brawler-Abomination comp uses a 3-star Sett as its main carrier with Guardian Angel, Bloodthirster and Infinity Edge.
TFT's 6 Skirmisher comp empowers Jax, and the 8 Legionnaire comp uses Mordekaiser as carry, with the Dragonslayer synergy at level 9 as a backup.

In the first patch of Set 5, we saw many different compositions come to light. Problems such as Aphelios came up, and there was a B patch for 11.9 that addressed some of the major issues. However, the meta is still evolving and changing every day. For this reason, we have tried to describe the meta that changed with the arrival of Patch 11.10 in as much detail as possible.
Best Teamfight Tactics (TFT) Comps in Patch 11.10
Brawler - Abomination Comp: S Tier
Champions: Sett, Warwick, Nunu, Volibear, Ryze, Ivern, Heimerdinger, Brand
Items: Guardian Angel (Shadow), Bloodthirster, Infinity Edge, Jeweled Gauntlet, Zz'Rot Portal
This comp is quite effective even though it is very new in the meta. Sett has taken the place of Ashe and Zyra. Because Zz'Rot Portals can be used on Abominations again, Abomination fits well as a side synergy. However, they are not as effective as they were on the PBE.
Positioning
A 3-star Sett is preferred as the main carrier in this comp. To get Sett to 3 stars, you will need to spend your gold by rolling at the right level. It helps to surround Sett with more Brawler units and synergies such as Abomination to create a very strong front line.
If you run into a lot of Sett early on and think the right items are coming, you can easily go for this comp and dominate the lobby.
6 Skirmisher: S Tier
Champions: Rell, Lee Sin, Jax, Pantheon, Nidalee, Kennen, Viego, Diana
Items: Quicksilver (Shadow), Bloodthirster (Shadow), Runaan's Hurricane (Shadow)
The Skirmisher comp has not changed much since it was first created on the PBE server. While other compositions weakened, this comp managed to keep its potential and moved higher in the ranked standings.
Positioning
This comp aims to bring together 6 Skirmishers to empower Jax and is very simple to execute. Thanks to the buff Skirmishers have, in every fight the longer the fight lasts, the easier it is for you to deal extra damage. For this reason, you can make your team stronger by building a good front line.
If you have the items Jax needs and can build a team of Skirmishers early on, you have made a good start and can secure first place in the lobby.
8 Legionnaire: S Tier
Champions: Aatrox, Yasuo, Mordekaiser, Riven, Kayle, Diana, Draven, Kalista
Items: Frozen Heart, Legionnaire Emblem, Jeweled Gauntlet, Hextech Gunblade, Quicksilver
Mordekaiser is a seriously absolute threat in the meta. After the B patch, his power dropped significantly. However, because of the buffs to Legionnaire units and the Dragonslayer comp, he is still a very strong carry.
Positioning
This comp uses the 6 Legionnaire trait to increase everyone's attack speed. Mordekaiser is the main carry, and thanks to the two buffs he receives, he will easily manage to take enemies down. If you cannot build the Legionnaire Emblem, when you reach level 9 you can buff your team with the Dragonslayer synergy and make Mordekaiser a real threat.
If you have a solid start with Legionnaires and good enough items for Mordekaiser, you can go for this comp.
Kayle Carry: S Tier
Champions: Rell, Leona, Garen, Taric, Lux, Nautilus, Kindred, Kayle
Items: Guinsoo's Rageblade (Shadow), Hand of Justice (Shadow), Guardian Angel, Redemption
Kayle still appears to be Set 5's strongest carry. Because it takes her a while to get strong in team fights, you need to make sure you can stall the enemy team long enough. After a long team fight, Kayle will reach her peak power and easily sweep the enemy team off the board.
Positioning
This comp requires a front line strong enough to guarantee Kayle's Ascension. With a front line that buys Kayle enough time, first place is in the palm of your hand.
If you have a strong start, good enough Kayle items and a strong front line, you should try this comp.
