An Anime Storm Is Coming to eFootball™!

Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. (KONAMI) has announced a new update for eFootball™ 2024. The update marks a collaboration between eFootball™ and the Japanese anime series "Blue Lock," bringing a range of different in-game items, login gifts, missions, and more to the game.

An Anime Storm Is Coming to eFootball™!

During the campaign, users will be able to add a range of special-edition Blue Lock-themed cards to their Dream Team squads as a login gift, including Takefusa Kubo and Filippo Inzaghi. In addition, both the "Blue Lock Pack: Yoichi Isagi" and the "Tour Event: Blue Lock 2^nd Selection" will feature two limited-run strips, "Blue Lock Team Red" and "Blue Lock Team White."

Finally, through Campaign Achievements, players will have the chance to earn 90,000 Exp., 60,000 GP, 50 eFootball Coins, and more!

New Feature and Gameplay Updates

The latest version of eFootball™ adds a new gameplay feature alongside a range of improvements designed to address key user feedback and enhance the player experience. "Position Training" will let users use special items to train up to two positional skills per player. This will let players further personalize their attributes and play styles.

It will also strengthen defense by boosting individual heading ability while improving defenders' ball-recovery skills. This way, players who genuinely have a strong sense of ball control will be able to show off those skills in the game, both on offense and defense.

eFootball™ Championship: Arsenal FC

With the World Finals in Tokyo fast approaching, the next club to kick off the eFootball™ Championship Club Event will be London giants Arsenal FC. Fans of the club around the world will be able to compete for the chance to represent "The Gunners" on esports' biggest eFootball™ stage through online qualifiers starting on March 25.

In addition, special-edition Big Time cards featuring three players from the current squad (Takehiro Tomiyasu, Gabriel Martinelli, and Kai Havertz) and custom-made designs will also be added to the game.
