Players usually use the Fast Universalis mod to avoid graphics problems. However, aFPS and SHADER BOOST helps you get better performance. If you delete the old mod and install this one, your game quality will improve.

This program is used to raise the CPU priority from Task Manager.

• Open Task Manager.
• Go to the Details tab
• Right-click Eu4.exe
• Set CPU priority to (High).

Unparking the Processor

Unless something intervenes, Windows runs a single core of the processor while you play and keeps the others on standby. If you change this setting and activate the other cores, you can play Europa Universalis 4 with better performance.
