Best Süper Lig Squad FC 24 Ultimate Team Can Build

Turkish Süper Lig cards started arriving in Ultimate Team mode in FC 24 this year. Anyone who has played Ultimate Team in past years knows that very few promo cards used to come from the Süper Lig. This year, though, even with only the 2nd promo, 3 cards have already arrived. So I've now put together the best Süper Lig squad we can build in Ultimate Team.

I've built the best Süper Lig squad we can currently put together in Ultimate Team for you — let's take a close look at this squad:

Goalkeeper: Dominik Livakovic

Fenerbahçe's 28-year-old Croatian goalkeeper is our squad's goalkeeper. Livakovic, who stands at 188 cm, can make some really nice saves, but with the current state of the game, goalkeepers can concede some pretty silly goals. If you concede a silly goal, it's not Livakovic's fault.

Right-Back: Sacha Boey

Galatasaray's 23-year-old engine on the right flank, Sacha Boey, got a really good upgrade from EA after they took note of his performance last season. The card looks great in pace, defending and especially physical. If it gets any upgraded version, it will be a near-perfect fullback.

Centre-Back: Alexander Djiku

The other player is the 29-year-old Ghanaian centre-back Fenerbahçe signed this season, whose card from TOTW 2 (Team of the Week 2), released in the game's second week, is one of the two best centre-backs in the Turkish Süper Lig. Even with 74 pace, his 182 cm height and high physical stat make up for it.

Centre-Back: Daniel Amartey

Our other centre-back is 28-year-old Amartey, whom Beşiktaş signed from Leicester City in the summer transfer window. Like Djiku, Amartey is Ghanaian, and his card came from the promo released last Friday. If Beşiktaş wins 2 or more of its remaining Conference League group matches, Amartey's card will get an upgrade. We wish Beşiktaş success.

Left-Back: Ferdi Kadıoğlu

Fenerbahçe's Turkish national team player Ferdi Kadıoğlu can be picked up for free in FC 24 Ultimate Team's first season through the Season Progress section. The card's standout traits are its pace and dribbling. Add solid defending and physical on top of that, and you get a great fullback.

Defensive Midfielder: Lucas Torreira

The Uruguayan midfielder who was one of the X-factors in Galatasaray's title win last season also earns a spot in our Ultimate Team squad. His short stature will make him feel faster and more agile than his stats suggest.

Defensive Midfielder: Leroy Fer

Alanyaspor's towering Dutch midfielder is our other defensive midfielder. It's currently a Squad Building Challenge reward that you can get for just an 84-rated squad. I think he's one of the most important players in this squad. If our midfield isn't strong in this year's new game, we can end up feeling very weak — and Fer is as strong as a bull.

Attacking Midfielder: Samu Saiz

Sivasspor's Spanish player is a card you can get for free from the Significant Progress section of the Ultimate Team objectives. Given that every coin matters at this stage of the game, Saiz is a great objectives player for our squad.

Attacking Midfielder: Dries Mertens

Galatasaray's number 10, the Belgian player might be the most important player in our squad going forward. His short stature and traits let him pull off great dribbling. His shooting and passing will add a lot to your goals and assists too. Like Amartey's, this card can get an upgrade based on Galatasaray's remaining Champions League group matches. We wish Galatasaray success.

Striker: Edin Dzeko

Dzeko, the Bosnian goalscorer Fenerbahçe signed in the summer, is an absolute must for this squad thanks to his height, strong physical presence, high shooting stats and 5-star weak foot. Just like with Mertens and Amartey, his card can get an upgrade based on Fenerbahçe's remaining group matches. We wish Fenerbahçe success.

Striker: Mislav Orsic

The Croatian player Trabzonspor signed this summer, who got injured before the league started, is one of Ultimate Team's legends. His pace, dribbling and shooting make him a genuinely great card. Like Samu Saiz, he's a card you can get for free from the Significant Progress section of the objectives. We hope he recovers soon and gets to show us some great performances.
