Training is one of the most important parts of Career Mode. Alongside playing and performing well in matches, player development is an important factor.

How Do You Develop Players Faster Through Training in FC 24?

In the game, every team is made up of the following departments:

• Attackers
• Midfielders
• Defenders
• Goalkeepers

Coaches are assigned to the departments above, according to pitch positions, where they work with both senior and youth players. Training in EA FC 24: developing players through training can be done by drawing on the tactical knowledge and player development abilities of the coaches you assign to training. The game offers seven different tactical visions in which a coach can be successful (standard, wing play, tiki-taka, counter-attack, gegenpressing, etc.).

You can bring together coaches who all have expert-level knowledge of three of these tactical visions. But it is not that simple, because the most experienced coaches in Career Mode usually have accomplished or expert-level knowledge of only one specific tactical vision.

However, it is also an important factor that tactical knowledge is not a static measure. Over time, coaches can earn XP in tactical visions through matches played and especially matches won. This XP earned in a tactical vision contributes to reaching the next knowledge level, whether Accomplished or Expert.

All coaches at a club are eligible to earn Tactical Vision-specific XP from matches, except those who have reached the Expert level in that Tactical Vision.

After choosing your coaches, you select your preferred tactical vision and let the game handle the rest. When you choose a tactical vision for your team, the game automatically assigns the coach with the best knowledge level in each department to raise player attributes.

You should also know that attribute increases work on a scale based on the knowledge level of the coach assigned to a specific department. Novice-level coaches typically raise up to three attributes, while expert-level coaches can raise up to nine attributes.

A coach's ability in the game is also defined by the skills they have to develop players over time. EA FC 24 includes a star rating system ranging from one to five that differentiates a coach's "obtained quality" and overall attribute effect on players.

To get the maximum possible increase in player attributes, you will need to sign coaches with five stars for each of the attack, midfield, defense and goalkeeping skill categories.
