How Do You Earn Loyalty in Ultimate Team 2022?

There are 2 things you can do to earn loyalty. The first is to have pulled that specific player from a pack, and the other option is to have played 10 matches with that player. Unfortunately, there is no other way to earn FIFA 22 loyalty.

FIFA 22 Loyalty Trick

There is a way to earn loyalty without recording any losses (by leaving matches). That is to enter Squad Battles matches and leave the match before minute 5. Put all the players you want to earn loyalty for (at most 11) into your squad. Enter Squad Battles. And leave the match. :)

Of course, we are not talking about pausing and quitting the game. If you go to Settings --> Network on your console, click the disconnect from the internet button, and turn it back on after 1 second, you will appear to have been disconnected from the game. But since you are in an online mode and before minute 5, the game will not record a loss. If you do this 10 times, you will see that all your players have played 10 matches with 0 losses.
