FIFA 23 Career Mode Best Young Players! Young Talents With High Potential!
Naouirou Ahamada
Born in Marseille, Naouirou Ahamada spent five years of his development at SC Air Bel, a small academy club in the city's suburbs, as Wesley Fofana and Mohamed Simakan did before him.
He then joined the professional club SC Istres and made a significant step up to Juventus's youth teams in 2018. He spent two seasons in the Primavera squad and played at the 2019 Under-17 World Cup before joining Sven Mislintat's VfB Stuttgart in October 2020.
After a few stop-start seasons following his move to Germany, Ahamada has made a regular start to the 2022/23 season.
What Is Naouirou Ahamada's Playing Style?
Ahamada is a very promising athlete - he covers ground comfortably on the pitch, closes down space well and has dynamic changes of pace. He generally has good body control, is agile and balanced in most situations, and is quite solid in contact and able to withstand challenges.
In midfield he is solid as the first defender and quick to create options for passes. At Bundesliga level his pass selection is simple, but his technique is clean and clear, and his passes are consistent with enough accuracy and pace. He lacks range and creativity, but links play efficiently and can add tempo.
Ahamada is a strong ball carrier under pressure, with impressive coordination between technical skill and athleticism. He is well aware of his surroundings and is adept at freezing opponents with clever body movements to create time and space. He is very good at slipping away from opponents, breaking pressure and eliminating defenders.
He also relies heavily on his right foot, which limits his options and makes him predictable in possession.
Lynnt Audoor

Club Brugge, Belgium's most productive academy structure, is attracting attention! The 2003 generation looks set to be a particularly fruitful one :)
Alongside Cisse Sandra, Lynnt Audoor has stood out for playing various midfield roles for the B team in Belgium's lower leagues, as well as on the left wing for the under-19s in the UEFA Youth League. His progress has seen him rightly included in matchday squads for the senior side.
In 2022/23, as Brugge tries to integrate another academy product into their set-up, he seems to have found a new role coming off the bench for the senior team.
What Is Lynnt Audoor's Playing Style?
Audoor is an intelligent, technical player. His excellent technical quality shines every time he has the ball. He looks light on his feet when dribbling in crowded areas, always ready for a challenge and to change direction.
It is easy to see this part of his game evolving towards becoming a deep-lying midfielder; he receives the ball sharply and escapes pressure calmly - both important qualities for breaking an opposing defence's connection.
He is great at putting defensive structures in difficult positions. Playing on the left wing, Audoor can get into excellent positions in the inside channel that make him a hard player to deal with, filling gaps that neither the right-back nor the centre-backs can comfortably enter.
He has also shown himself to be a very talented, creative and goal-scoring threat. He looks especially effective as a creator looking for reverse passes for players running in from the outside. Beyond dribbling, he can also create shots for himself, which makes him a versatile attacking player.
Armel Bella-Kotchap
Armel Bella-Kotchap first appeared in VfL Bochum's first team at the age of 16 and joined the pre-season camp squad for the first time. The Paris-born son of Cyrille Bella, a Cameroonian striker in Germany's lower leagues, Bella-Kotchap has been part of Bochum's first team since the start of the 2020/21 season.
He helped the club win promotion last season and was successful in his first season at Bundesliga level. His performances also earned him an ever-growing role in Germany's under-21 side and a big move to Southampton in the summer of 2022, where he took his first steps in the Premier League with strong early-season performances.
What Is Armel Bella-Kotchap's Playing Style?
Bella-Kotchap is a top-level athlete and has been for some time. He is extremely well developed for his age! - tall and muscular, with good top-end speed and relatively good agility for someone his height -
He is a defender with a solid first move who makes quick challenges from outside the defensive line to contest opponents and the ball. Bella-Kotchap is very good at pressing from behind attackers to step in and disrupt; he uses his frame and speed to overwhelm and disrupt players one-on-one. His style is very aggressive but extremely sharp; he knows very well how to use his skill set in a measured way! (something you do not get to see in many defenders)
However, Bella-Kotchap has significant problems when defending as part of a block. His awareness and positioning are often weak, which leads him to break away from the defensive line and lets his team get caught in awkward positions. He also lacks impact in possession, often struggling under pressure, and his below-average technical skills slightly reduce his chances of moving to the biggest teams!
Finally, if Bella-Kotchap can fix a few of these problems, he has the potential to climb levels quite quickly. He could probably reach a European level, most likely a Europa League club.
Liberato Cacace

After becoming the most dominant left-back in the A-League during his time with Wellington Phoenix, Cacace was brought to Belgium by former Melbourne Victory coach Kevin Muscat. Although Muscat's time at Sint-Truiden was short, Cacace put in consistent performances for a team under threat of relegation - so much so that he signed with Serie A club Empoli on the last day of the 2022 winter transfer window.
Cacace has dropped to the bench because of Fabiano Parisi's strong form and has not yet had a proper chance in the shirt at the Tuscan club. Always well rated for his potential, it is very clear that Cacace is a player worth giving a chance!
What Is Liberato Cacace's Playing Style?
Cacace can certainly look a little clumsy in possession, but he is still effective. He is quite good at carrying the ball forward and getting past opponents. He particularly stands out for using the advantage of his physique to create an edge for himself.
While his attacking output needs to become more consistent, Cacace has enormous potential in this area. His stamina and pace make him an eager runner - letting him get into the box both to cross and to shoot - and he also showed he could be a very dangerous creative and goal-scoring threat with Wellington.
On the defensive side, Cacace is as solid as you will see from a young full-back. He has more of a centre-back build than a left-back, standing about 1.80 m tall with the strength to match. He does not shy away from physical challenges and enjoys being left one-on-one with anyone and crushing them :)
