PUBG developer KRAFTON keeps stacking one success on another! The developer has now announced inZOI, a Sims-like game it's been working on for about a year. Built on Unreal Engine 5, the game stands out with plenty of detail. Let's see when inZOI, this brand-new life simulation game, is coming out and what features it will have.

What Are inZOI's Features?

Characters: Zois

The virtual people in inZOI are called Zois. So instead of Sims, this game will feature Zois, who have their own traits that define their personality and how they react to various events. Just like Sims, Zois also have criteria such as likes and dislikes and lifestyle. The game also has character customization options like Sims. You can build your character's face and hairstyle and outfits with the help of a tool, and the characters look much more realistic than Sims.

Cities

The game plans to feature different cities from around the world, but most of them will be fictional. For example, Dowon is a local version of Seoul, and Blissbay is Los Angeles. In that sense, it looks like we'll get to see plenty of fictional cities in the game.

Building

Structures in the game are built piece by piece. The game also features a "Texture AI" function. In other words, you'll only need to enter a keyword to generate wallpaper or flooring with the pattern you want. This is definitely a very cool feature! You can also customize your city however you like in inZOI.

Pets

Pets will be present in the game's core section. In fact, a cat that constantly follows us already has a starring role in the game. The cat's name is Psyche. The cat has the technology to control everyone in the city. Psyche is also the president of the company where the player's characters start working, and we'll likely get messages from it with hints about the game.

How Do You Play inZOI?

Phones form the game's core mechanic. Your Zois receive messages from friends and notifications inviting them to various events, and you set schedules for them. Since the game will be very close to reality, be careful while driving, because otherwise you could hit someone. Likewise, someone else could hit your character. Just like in real life, you'll be able to work part-time and full-time jobs and communicate with your friends. inZOI also places importance on characters' significant days, carrying them into in-game cutscenes.
