Vladimir Patch 1.14
Vladimir's leveling up is easier than before.
LEVEL UP: When 6+ allied units take damage and survive. now when 5+ allied units take damage and survive.
Trundle Patch 1.14
HEALTH: 6 → 5
Trundle was a very effective card when held in hand to increase stats. This let him be both a stalling tool and a win condition. Since Call of the Mountain, the way has opened for new mana-ramp decks for Trundle. The big advantage Trundle brought as a Challenger-style card has been reduced somewhat. He is now in a position to be answered by counterplay.
Trundle Patch 1.14 Level 2
HEALTH 7 → 6
Ice Pillar Patch 1.14
HEALTH 8 → 6
Ezreal Patch 1.14
LEVEL UP: When you target enemies 10+ times. → When you target enemies 6+ times.
An alternative direction was drawn for Ezreal. While the level-up condition was made easier, in return a condition was placed on the damage output of level 2 Ezreal. In addition, to increase counterplay options, most of the current Fast potential was removed. Not all of that potential is gone, but the level-up condition was also made easier. This way, Ezreal will keep being useful for current decks while offering an incentive to keep targeting opposing units. Players will also have more of a control-focused option to finish with a combo than before.
Ezreal Patch 1.14 (Level 2)
OLD VERSION: Nexus Strike: A temporary Mystic Shot is created in your hand. When you cast a spell, you deal 2 damage to the enemy Nexus.
NEW VERSION: Nexus Strike: A temporary Mystic Shot is created in your hand. When you cast a spell, you deal 1 damage to the enemy Nexus. If your spell targeted an enemy, you deal 2 damage to the enemy Nexus.

TARIC Patch 1.14
ATTACK 2 → 3

Taric's stat increase will let him make cleaner attacks and contribute more on defensive turns.
TARIC Patch 1.14 (Level 2)
