LoL 13.16 Patch Preview: Balance Changes
Milio will get some buffs in the upcoming League of Legends patch. Riot will look at his Q, which means he will deal a bit more damage, but these buffs will not do much to move him beyond his already good state.

LoL 13.16 Patch Preview: New Skins
In this League of Legends patch we will get some new Path to Ascension skins. Six champions and seven skins will be released in this League of Legends update. Soraka will get her third Legendary skin, Sona will get a new Prestige skin, and Shyvana will finally get a new skin:
