LoL Patch 13.19 Notes: All Balance Changes (September 2023)

LoL 13.19 patch notes are out! Since this is the patch on which the 2023 World Championship will be played, some balance changes are being made to the game. Let's look together at the balance changes coming to champions and items:

Azir

Q: Conquering Sands

• Cooldown: 12/10.5/9/7.5/6 ⇒ 14/12/10/8/6

Briar

Base Stats

• Attack speed growth: 2.5% ⇒ 2.3%

Q: Head Rush

• Q now counts as an attack reset for interactions such as Hail of Blades

W1: Blood Frenzy

• Added a Fury Bar to display the remaining Frenzy duration

W2: Snack Attack

• Healing: 35%/42.5%/50%/57.5%/65% ⇒ 36%/42%/48%/54%/60%
• Bonus damage against minions and monsters: 20% ⇒ 10%
• Maximum missing health damage percentage against minions and monsters: 500 ⇒ 400
• Added a short minimum cooldown after using Snack Attack to prevent double casts with high-speed builds

Galio

R: Hero's Entrance

• Cooldown reduced: 200-160 ⇒ 180-140

Gangplank

R: Cannon Barrage

• Cooldown reduced: 180-140 ⇒ 170-130
• Death's Daughter slow increased: 60% for 1 second ⇒ 75% for 1 second
• Raise Morale movement speed increased: 30% for 2 seconds ⇒ 40% for 2 seconds

Jhin

R: Curtain Call

• Damage: 50/125/200 + 25% of total AD ⇒ 64/154/244 + 25% of total AD
