In Mon Bazou, you'll need a car to get from one place to another. To mount a part on the car, you need to pick it up and line it up with the car's frame. The frame is located next to the house, and the part is placed automatically. The first location where you can find Buggy parts is the wooden shed near the house. The second part may turn up on the beach. You can find the third part at the dump in the mountain area, and the fourth part is found at the dumpster's trash pile. You can find the car's fifth part inside a cabin near the sea. Finally, to find the Buggy's sixth part, look inside the cabin near the sea, just like with the fifth part.
