In the game, you install parts yourself, turning an utterly beat-up old car into a brand-new race car. In a game where you make a living by chopping wood, night racing, or delivering pizza, you can run a sugar shack, make a bunch of maple syrup, or build yourself a huge garage. The choice is yours! In the game, you fuel up by drinking maple syrup and eating poutine. The game is set in an atmosphere from 2005 Canada, where aspiring race car drivers take center stage. Your car has a large number of upgradeable parts and features, and you install the parts yourself. You can earn in-game money by doing the following:

• Boiling sugar water and selling barrels of maple syrup
• Taking part in street races
• Delivering pizza
• Growing plants and selling weed
• Collecting and selling parts from the junkyard

• You can always keep your gas can in your truck's cabin while transporting it.
• The Sugar Shack site is located on the trail behind your trailer. (You need to cut down pine trees to be able to build it)
• To stay healthy, you can buy all the protein you need.
• You need to spend money to run the sugar shack.
• If you don't like the grey seats in the Konig, don't bother buying new ones. You can just spray paint them instead.
• There's some gas inside the small boat at the dock, so don't buy the boat right away.
• Don't drive the Konig fast on grass, since it can cause a crash.
• Since the rust under the Konig can't be repaired, you'll need to buy new parts.
• Don't miss the tires hidden in the tire pile at the junkyard.
• Always keep your gas can full.
