FIFA Mobile Draft: Is FUT Draft Coming Back?

FIFA Mobile draft — who doesn't get excited seeing those two words together? This game mode, which was in FIFA Mobile 16 and only stuck around for a year, is honestly too good to be a console-only thing... So, is draft coming to FIFA Mobile 22? If so, when? We're hoping the pairing of FIFA Mobile 22 and draft finally stops being a pipe dream, but what do the leaks tell us? When is FIFA Mobile draft coming? What awaits us if the FIFA Mobile draft mode is added? And above all, what is FIFA FUT draft that's generating so much excitement? We wrote up everything you need to know!

What Is FUT Draft?

FUT Draft is a game mode within FIFA Ultimate Team where players can win rewards in the form of packs, coins and free tokens. This mode can be played online or offline and gives users a chance to play with the best players. In FUT Draft, we first pick our captain from among 5 options, then set up the remaining 10 starting players and 12 substitutes plus reserves, and also choose a manager for our FUT draft squad. With this squad we've built, we can both play with the best players and win reward packs. Considering the entry fee is just 15K coins, FUT Draft is one of the most fun game modes in FIFA 22, and it's hard not to keep asking when FIFA Mobile draft is coming!

When Is FIFA Mobile Draft Coming?

As we know, the FIFA Mobile draft mode already existed in the game before. FUT Draft, which was in that era's version of FIFA Mobile when it was first added in FIFA 16, was unfortunately removed afterward. However, users keep sending messages insisting the mode be added back and seem hopeful that draft will be added. According to what we've learned, the FUT Draft mode will be added to the game, but not this season :( The season has already launched and EA Sports has already marketed it as much as it can this season. It's quite likely they'll carry FUT Draft in their pocket to boost the user count for next season.
