Meteor joins QT DIG. The two-time Masters champion has signed with the Japanese organisation QT DIG∞ about a week after leaving T1, and the club announced his brother TenTen in the same post.

QT DIG revealed the move on the morning of November 8 with a simple "Welcome to QT DIG∞" message on X. It landed just before the club's 2027 roster lock-in event, held the same day.

What does it mean that Meteor joins QT DIG?

Meteor is one of the most decorated Korean players in Valorant. According to Valorant News Japan, the 26-year-old turned pro in 2021 and played Masters Copenhagen with NORTHEPTION in 2022. He went on to win Masters Shanghai with Gen.G and Masters Bangkok with T1, lifting two international trophies with two different teams.

He was solid at Champions this year too, finishing with a 205 average combat score and a 1.04 K/D, per the same report. Even so, T1 launched a sweeping rebuild in early November, and Meteor left alongside Munchkin and DH. We covered that shake-up in our T1 Valorant exit story.

T1 chose to keep part of its core instead. GINX reports the club has extended both stax and BuZz through 2028. With that door closed, Meteor's next stop is Japan.

Who is TenTen?

TenTen is 23 and started his pro career with NTH in 2022. He then played for FAV gaming and T1's academy side, and in 2025 he stood in for Dep at ZETA DIVISION in VCT Pacific. He began 2026 with Team Secret but left after Kickoff, returning to Japan with MURASH GAMING, who missed out on the Main Stage.

QT DIG now has the brothers on one roster, and the club has already opened preorders for named jerseys for both players. The preorder window closes on November 16 at 12:00 Japan time, with shipping planned for mid-December.

What is next for QT DIG in 2027?

QT DIG won their first VCJ title in Japan this season and then played in the VCT Pacific Stage 2 play-in. They did not win a series there, but took maps off FULL SENSE and DetonatioN FocusMe. Valorant News Japan says the team is exempt from the open qualifier for the 2027 Kickoff and will join at the playoff stage, which starts in December.

VCT 2027 opens up more movement between partner teams and regional leagues, which makes strong Challengers rosters more valuable. For the rest of the region's moves, see our VCT Pacific roster roundup, and for the new rules around open play, read our VCT 2027 integrity explainer.

In short, QT DIG have built one of Japan's most ambitious rosters around two experienced Korean players, and Meteor's big-stage experience will be key to any push back onto the international stage.
