According to GAMES.GG, FC 27 has 128 celebrations split into five groups: Basics, Running Moves, Finishing Moves, Pro Unlockables and EAS FC Unlockables. Almost every input follows the same pattern: hold a trigger or bumper, then gesture with the right stick.

Celebrations come in two parts. What you input while the player is running after the goal is a Running Move; what you input to end the run is a Finishing Move. You can chain one into the other.

Some players have their own finishing animation. FIFPlay and FIFAUTeam list Mohamed Salah, James Tarkowski, Steven Bergwijn and Ashley Barnes, all triggered with X/A. We could not find a reliable FC 27 input for famous moves such as Ronaldo's Siu or the Griddy; in FC 26 the Griddy was not tied to an input and had to be set as your default celebration in Ultimate Team. Timing: Enter the running move straight after the goal and the finishing move before the run ends.
Shared inputs: FIFPlay notes that some celebrations share an input (for example Chair and High Kick). Which one plays depends on what your player has available.
