FM 27 Wonderkid Predictions: 9 Young Players to Watch

This is an FM 27 wonderkid prediction list, not game data. The FM 27 database hasn't been released yet, so the nine names below are based on Passion4FM's predictions and the players' real-world progress. Ratings and potential will only be known once the game is out.

Football Manager 27 launches on 10 November 2026, and the Launch Preview opens on 29 October, which is when FM 27 player data first becomes visible. Until then, we have gathered the candidates the community is talking about most. We checked each player's club, age and last-year progress against a second source. How this FM 27 wonderkid list was built

• Prediction source: two Passion4FM articles: "Potential FM27 Wonderkids", covering the 2010 generation (14 August 2026), and its piece on players likely to be upgraded in FM 27 (16 September 2026). The site's own disclaimer is clear: it has no insight into the FM 27 database, its picks compare the FM26 database with real-world events, and they are "the subjective opinion of one person".
• Verification: we checked the clubs, ages and match facts against UEFA, Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and news sources. Names we couldn't verify, or where sources conflicted, were left out.
• Scores: the "P4FM score" in the table is Passion4FM's personal potential score out of 100. It is not an FM 27 PA value.

The 2010 generation: names likely to debut in FM 27

Ebrima Tunkara (Barcelona)

UEFA named Tunkara Player of the Tournament at the 2026 U17 EURO. Spain reached the semi-finals and he finished as the top assist provider with four. Passion4FM says he debuted for Barça Atlètic on 26 February 2026 and gives him one of the highest scores on its list. He plays as an attacking midfielder and can also play out wide.

Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. (Al Nassr)

Born in June 2010, he plays in Al Nassr's academy. He won the Vlatko Marković tournament with Portugal U15, earned a Portugal U16 call-up in October 2025 and made his first start at the Algarve tournament in February 2026. Passion4FM sees him as a wide forward. Note: Passion4FM's article says he played for Spain's youth sides, but other sources show Portugal's youth teams, so we have gone with Portugal.

Filip Pavić (Bayern Munich)

He made his Champions League debut against Atalanta on 18 March 2026, aged 16 years and 58 days. According to UEFA, he was the first player born in 2010 to appear in the competition and the third-youngest ever, as well as Bayern's youngest Champions League player. A ball-playing centre-back, Passion4FM expects him to be one of FM 27's best young defenders.

Linus Güther (Union Berlin)

He made his Bundesliga debut at Heidenheim on 11 April 2026, just three days after turning 16. According to Bundesliga.com, that made him the second-youngest player in the league's history, behind Youssoufa Moukoko. He can play on the left wing or as a No. 10.

Eirik Granaas (Porto)

Born on 24 March 2010, the Norwegian debuted in the Eliteserien for Fredrikstad at a very young age and joined Porto in summer 2026 for a reported €1.8m fee. A Bola reports that Porto will start him with their B team. He plays in central and attacking midfield.

Laciné Megnan-Pavé (Montpellier)

According to Ligue 1's official site, he came off the bench on his Ligue 2 debut against Dijon on 8 August 2026 and scored within five minutes, setting a club record at 16 years and 154 days. Passion4FM says he wasn't in FM26 and will appear for the first time in FM 27.

Young players expected to be upgraded

These players were already in FM26. Passion4FM expects their ability or potential to rise in FM 27 because of their real-world breakthroughs.

Wael Mohya (Borussia Mönchengladbach)

Born on 31 December 2008, he became the club's youngest Bundesliga player against Wolfsburg in December 2025, aged 16 years and 347 days. According to Bundesliga.com, his goal against Bayern on Matchday 25 made him the third-youngest scorer in league history. Passion4FM says he started FM26 with low current ability but very high potential.

Kacper Potulski (Mainz)

The centre-back, born in October 2007, made his Bundesliga debut against Freiburg on 30 November 2025 and scored his first goal against Bayern on 14 December. According to Wikipedia, he was capped by Poland in 2026. Passion4FM points to interest from several big clubs and his Bundesliga experience.

Mattia Liberali (Como)

Born on 6 April 2007, he joined Como from Catanzaro in July 2026 for around €6m. Calciomercato reports he scored his first Serie A goal at Fiorentina in October 2026. Passion4FM says he had a 140–170 potential range in FM26.

When will real FM 27 wonderkid data arrive?

Player data will become visible with the free Launch Preview, which opens at 6pm GMT on 29 October. FootballGPT has said it plans to publish a verified FM 27 list on Launch Preview day. SI notes that preview data is still awaiting rights-holder approval and may not fully reflect the real world, so we will publish a definitive list from FM 27 data separately. Some of these predictions may miss, and some 2010-born players may not be included in the game at all.
