OSM 23 Scout List 2023! Young Attackers · Midfielders · Defenders · Goalkeepers
In OSM 23, adding top players to your team matters, but so does the contribution young players signed at the start of the season will make as they develop! Starting from this, we have created the OSM 23 Scout List! Here is the scout list of high-potential OSM 23 players that you might forget or that wouldn't come to mind!
OSM Best Young Players Scout List:
OSM 23 Scout List: Young Strikers and Attackers
Ferran Torres
Ferran Torres is 21 years old and is very likely to be one of Xavi's princes! I think the Spanish right winger, who has a rating of 81 at the start of the game, should be one of the first moves made at the start of the season, so I'm starting the list with him.
Jadon Sancho
England's Jadon Sancho is one of the players who should always be signed in OSM. He is still 21 and has a rating of 85 at the start of the game. In OSM 23 we should also pin our hopes on the player Manchester United expects a lot from!
OSM 23 Scout List: Young Midfielders
Federico Valverde
Federico Valverde is likely to be the player in the best form in real life right now. That may be an exaggeration, but for Real Madrid it is definitely the case. The 23-year-old Uruguayan midfield joker's starting rating of 84 looks set to add joy to the enjoyment of Madrid fan players.
Nicolò Barella
With a rating of 85, Nicolò Barella is another Inter player who deserves this list. The 24-year-old central midfielder has a long way to go!
Franck Kessié
Franck Kessié plays for Barcelona and doesn't look bad with a rating of 83 at the start of the game. The 24-year-old Ivorian number 8 will be one of the biggest players for mid-table teams.

OSM 23 Scout List: Young Defenders
Alessandro Bastoni
Alessandro Bastoni is a centre-back I expect a lot from in real life, and the general public expects a lot from too. He is at Inter and only 22 years old! The Italian centre-back's starting rating is 83, and if he is signed right at the start of the season he could be one of the biggest trump cards by the end of the season.
Ibrahima Konate
Ibrahima Konaté is a 22-year-old French centre-back who gets playing time at Liverpool. Although his starting rating of 79 looks low, he can progress quickly because of his young age. I think he is the kind of player you shouldn't forget, one you can even sell without playing to earn money, so I'm adding him to the list!
Jules Koundé
On the list is Jules Kounde, who didn't get the media support he wanted when Barcelona added big stars to the team at the start of the season. His starting rating of 83 and his age of 22 are the biggest indicators that we will see him at a great rating toward the end of the season!
OSM 23 Scout List: Young Goalkeepers
Dean Henderson
Dean Henderson is a goalkeeper who gave good signs when he got playing time at Manchester United. He is 24 years old and English. His rating is 80 at the start of the game and he looks very keen to develop!
Unai Simon
Unai Simón, a 24-year-old who plays for Athletic Bilbao, is a goalkeeper who is a candidate to be one of the new stars of Spanish football. His rating is 80 at the start of the game and he is sure to be valuable.
Alex Meret
Alex Meret, who currently plays for Napoli and is only 24, is one of the big Italian potentials. His rating is 80 at the start of the game and he stands out as a goalkeeper to develop whose abilities you can trust!
We have reached the end of the OSM 23 Scout List! Hoping to see you in new discoveries...
