TFT 11.16 Patch Notes: Legionnaire and Nocturne Rework
TFT patch 11.16, live August 4, 2021, reworks Legionnaires with scaling healing and gives Nocturne a flat 70/85/110 damage passive.
- TFT's 11.16 patch notes went live on August 4, 2021 with a new set of balance changes.
- Radiant Items rose in popularity as Shadow Items fell behind, and players welcomed the shift.
- The patch reworked Legionnaires and Nocturne and adjusted the stats of many champions, including Olaf, Sejuani and Galio.
Teamfight Tactics' mid-set update, Dawn of Heroes, still hasn't become clear for a lot of players, and there doesn't seem to be a defined meta yet. However, there is one thing that has become clear: the balance changes coming with the TFT 11.16 patch notes. With Shadow Items falling behind, Radiant Items have started to stand out. Many players seem quite happy about this. On top of that, with patch 11.16, Legionnaires and Nocturne are also getting a rework.

Teamfight Tactics (TFT) 11.16 Patch Notes: What's Coming?
Before looking at the changes brought by the Teamfight Tactics 11.16 patch, it's worth noting that in the previous patch, the Monster of the Freaks and the Dragons received a small nerf. The Monster's ability duration and attack speed were reduced slightly, while the average value of Dragon eggs was reduced by 0.25 gold.
Teamfight Tactics (TFT) 11.16 Patch Notes: Legionnaire Rework
Mordekaiser's removal from the game with Set 5.5 weakened Legionnaires quite a bit. Fortunately, Riot Games caught on before it was too late and brought a small rework to keep Legionnaires viable.
- Legionnaire units now get built-in healing starting at 15% and scaling up to 35%.
Teamfight Tactics (TFT) 11.16 Patch Notes: Nocturne Rework
Eternal Nightmare
As many players know very well, Nocturne was quite a strong carry in recent patches. However, he had a potential that was completely dependent on certain items. Without Runaan's, Guinsoo's, and Bloodthirster, he practically lost his function.
- Riot is changing this by reducing the attack damage percentage in his ability but adding a flat value on top of it. A flat 70/85/110 damage.
