
TFT Patch 11.13 Notes: All Balance Changes
TFT Patch 11.13 reworks Trundle and Nidalee, buffs Kayle and Ashe, and overhauls Armory odds and Shadow items ahead of June 23.
- TFT Patch 11.13, arriving June 23, reworks Trundle into a power-draining bruiser and Nidalee into a cougar-form assassin.
- The Skirmisher trait's shield rises to 25/45/75% of max health, and the Forgotten trait's bonus damage per Shadow item increases from 10% to 15%.
- Kayle gets buffed with health raised from 500 to 650 and attack damage from 60 to 75, while Shadow Infinity Edge is reworked to deal damage on every attack and cast.
Riot Games' game design director Stephen ''Mortdog'' Mortimer and Riot Kent revealed a long list of changes coming with Patch 11.13, which will hit live servers on June 23rd. Describing the new patch as ''a large patch with both big and small changes,'' Riot's designers stressed that a lot of new mechanics will be added to the game.

System Changes
Not having an Armory in Stage 4-2 will no longer be a problem for players. With the new patch, the chance of seeing a Bonus Armory in Stage 4-2 is increasing. In Stage 5-2, changes are coming to the Bonus Armory as well, such as a reduced chance of seeing component items and an increased chance of seeing full items. Mortdog, who provides exact percentages for every possible Bonus Armory, published a full breakdown of the old and new percentage rates in Patch 11.13.

TFT 11.13 Patch Notes: Armory Changes
- Two full items and two special items have been replaced with four full items.
- Two components and two special items have been adjusted to two components and two full items. Chance of seeing a Stage 5-2 Armory
- has been reduced.
- Chance of seeing a special item (Neeko's Help, Loaded Dice, Spatula, Shadow Spatula) in the Stage 5-2 Armory has been slightly reduced.
- Chance of seeing a component or emblem in the Stage 5-2 Armory has been greatly reduced.
- Chance of seeing a full item in the Stage 5-2 Armory has been slightly increased.
- Chance of seeing a special item in Stage 6-2 or 7-2 has been reduced.
- Chance of seeing a Stage 4-2 Armory has been increased.
- Chance of seeing an emblem in the Stage 4-2 Armory has been slightly reduced.
- Chance of seeing components and full items in the Stage 4-2 Armory has been slightly increased.
TFT 11.13 Patch Notes: Trait Changes
- Skirmisher: Shield increased to 25/45/75% of max health.
- Dragonslayer: Bonus ability power to self adjusted from 30/80/140 to 30/70/140.
- Forgotten: Base attack damage and ability power reduced to 25/65/125.
- Forgotten: Bonus damage per Shadow item increased from 10% to 15%.
- Ironclad: Armor reduced to 35/85/170.
- Knight: Block amount increased from 15/40/80 to 20/40/70.
- Legionnaire: Attack speed changed from 25/60/110/180 to 25/60/110/195.
- Ranger: Bonus attack speed increased to 75/180%.
- Redeemed: Ability power/armor/magic resist increased from 30/60/90 to 30/60/100.
- Renewer: HP and mana regeneration slightly adjusted from 3/6/10% to 3/6/9%.
TFT 11.13 Patch Notes: Champion Changes
1-Cost
- Kled: Now gains bonus damage every fourth attack even while mounted.
- Kled: Attack speed increased from 0.7 to 0.75.
- Poppy: Maximum mana increased to 30/70.
- Poppy: Ability damage increased to 150/250/400.
- Poppy: Ability shield increased to 250/375/525.
- Ziggs: Health reduced from 500 to 450.
- Ziggs: Ability damage increased to 250/375/525.
2-Cost
- Trundle Rework: Trundle drains his target's power, reducing their health, armor, magic resist, and attack damage by 35%, and grants himself 100/130/200% of the drained stats (modified by AP) over eight seconds.
- Trundle: Mana adjusted from 0/60 to 30/80.
- Varus: Ability attack damage ratio reduced to 150/155/165%.
- Kennen: Starting mana adjusted from 50/125 to 60/125.
- Kennen: Ability damage increased to 150/225/350.
3-Cost
- Nidalee Rework: Nidalee turns into a cougar and leaps behind the enemy with the lowest health. While in cougar form, Nidalee gains 45% dodge chance and 40/50/75% attack speed, and her attacks become melee strikes that deal 200/300/600 bonus magic damage every fourth attack.
- Yasuo: Ability damage reduced to 250/350/700.
- Yasuo: Stacked damage on ability hit reduced to 25/35/70.
- Ashe: Ability damage increased to 300/450/750.
- Katarina: Primary ability damage reduced from 200/250/420 to 180/250/420
- Katarina: Secondary ability damage reduced from 100/125/210 to 90/125/210
- Lee Sin: Ability damage reduced from 250/350/750 to 250/350/700
- Lux: Ability shield reduced from 150/225/400 to 125/200/400.
- Zyra: Her ability's hit area is being increased slightly.
4-Cost
- Ryze: Attack speed adjusted from 0.75 to 0.8.
- Ryze: Empowered Rune Prison now stuns secondary targets for half the stun duration (0.75/1/2). The main target is still stunned for the full duration at 1.5/2/4.
- Aphelios: Base ability damage increased to 125/150/300.
- Jax: Attack speed increased from 0.85 to 0.9.
- Karma: Ability damage reduced to 225/280/700.
- Rell: Ability shield amount reduced to 300/450/3000.
- Taric: Starting mana adjusted from 100/200 to 120/200.
5-Cost
- Kayle: Health increased from 500 to 650.
- Kayle: Attack damage increased from 60 to 75.
- Kayle: Attack speed adjusted from 1.0 to 1.1.
- Kayle: Number of attacks per immunity changed to 15.
- Kayle: Ascension zone magic damage reduced from 200/300/10000 to 80/125/4000.
- Teemo: Ability damage reduced from 140/175/666 to 130/160/666.
- Volibear: Starting mana adjusted from 100/200 to 110/200.
TFT 11.13 Patch Notes: Item Changes
- Shadow Infinity Edge Rework: Shadow Infinity Edge now deals damage on every attack and ability cast instead of only on critical hits.
- Shadow Infinity Edge tooltip rework: Grants 75% critical strike chance (including from components). Every point of critical strike chance above 100% becomes one point of critical strike damage instead. The holder also gains 30% critical strike damage. Whenever the holder attacks or casts their ability, they take true damage equal to 3% of their maximum health.
- Ionic Spark: Damage adjusted from 200% to 250% of mana used.
- Shadow Sunfire Cape: Self-burn changed from lasting the whole fight to only the first eight seconds of the fight.
- Shadow Archangel's Staff: (Reverted) Mana ratio adjusted from 400% to 350%.
- Giant Slayer: Maximum health threshold reduced to 150.
- Giant Slayer: Bonus damage reduced to 75%.
- Redemption: Damage reduction adjusted to 25%.
- Shadow Locket of the Iron Solari: Armor and magic resist reduced to 60.
