The new mid-set update for the Teamfight Tactics Dragonlands expansion has officially been released on all live servers. With the new update bringing plenty of changes, players may have questions about what is good to play, especially in the first patches of 7.5. At GamerPapers, we thought of you and, combining information from data sites like MetaTFT.com with expert analysis, developed a tier list that shows players not just what the best comps are but also why. Here is the TFT Patch 12.19 meta for TFT 7.5: Dragonlands Uncharted Realms.

4 Dragon Ao Shin/Shyvana Carry

The two best Dragons in the game right now are Shyvana and Ao Shin, two of the legendary ones. These two provide probably the deadliest one-two punch in TFT history. One gives a backline carry, while the other gives a frontline carry that essentially gives the team an unreal front-to-back fight. To make the comp even better, Idas being the third and final Dragon in the comp gives the team an unkillable tank, especially when paired with Rakan. And finally, Bard gives the team a great CC tool while also making it easy to hit the two-star versions of the main carries with his doots.
Guild Ragewing Xayah

Some things never change. The competition or champions being hit does not really matter, because the core of this team is so good. Guild Ragewing Xayah continues to be the best AD comp in the game, since Xayah has unreal ramp thanks to the Ragewing trait and the players supporting the Guild.
Shyvana being as good as she is helps a ton, along with Jayce, Rakan, Hecarim and Twitch as the best supporting cast in the set. Players could not ask for a better champion combination.
Mirage Cavalier

One of the easiest vertical comps to play in the set is back in the top five this week, and for good reason. With multiple good Mirage variations, players can force this comp in just about every game. Daeja has consistently been one of the best Dragons throughout all of Set 7, and with her tweaks in the last patch she is even better now. Cavalier champions give the comp a great front line, while Yasuo is a perfect complement for the comp late in the game.
Lagoon Mage

The other easy vertical comp that will be challenged by the new update is Lagoon. The comp thrives by having very easy-to-hit item holders early in the game, from whom players can easily transition to late-game carries. Sohm is the main carry for this comp and a pretty good one.
That said, the comp really shines when players add Zoe next to Sohm. The Sylas, Zoe and Sohm trio makes up one of the best trios in the game. Nilah also gives the team a great AD carry to create a dual threat of AP and AD.
