Jade Shi Oh Yu

Jade is one of the most reliable carries in Patch 12.12b. With built-in CC immunity and true damage, Shi Oh Yu is the patch's biggest front-line carry threat. When balanced out with a couple of hybrid items like Titan's Resolve and Bloodthirster, she's an extremely hard carry to kill. Jade only makes her even stronger with extra attack speed and healing. You can round out the comp with a secondary carry (Anivia works best) and a tank Neeko front line.

Guild Xayah

Xayah is still TFT's leading 4-cost carry. With players finding more success by splashing Guild instead of leaning on team-wide bonuses, she no longer even needs to rely on the Ragewing trait. The right items for this comp can be considered to be Guinsoo's Rageblade and Quicksilver. If you hit more Guild units early, like Twitch and Sejuani, round out the comp with units like Talon, Qiyana, and Ornn. If you hit more Ragewing early, like Shen, aim for 6 Ragewing with Hecarim and Shyvana. You'll need Ashe alongside Jade to pick up more attack speed bonuses.

Whispers Mage Sy'fen

When it comes to emblems in TFT Set 7, picking up a Whispers emblem is by far the best bet for a guaranteed top 4. Thanks to the trait's value in shrinking enemies and massively empowering your carries, the comp is usually very strong, but you need to do it with an emblem on the right unit. Even without a Whispers emblem, though, it's still quite strong thanks to a nice buff it received in Patch 12.12. Sy'fen is now a top-tier carry and, alongside Sylas, can be played very flexibly as a great unit for both Bruiser and Mage. You should definitely be using items like Bloodthirster and Titan's Resolve.

Mirage Daeja

Mirage is TFT Set 7's new Mutant trait, and it's quite strong. Even though it looks very AD-focused across all its carries (while Yasuo and Yone use AD items, Daeja is an attack speed carry), there are multiple options when it comes to playing the comp. Every Mirage comp revolves around Daeja, Yasuo, and Yone as potential carries. Daeja is known as the best and most reliable of the bunch following her rework in LoL Patch 12.12. If the Mirage trait is bad, you can play 4 Mirage for all the bonus stats and play Flex Guild around Daeja. If the Mirage trait is good (like Spellblade or Duelist), you can play 6 or 8 Mirage with augments.
