What We Want in VALORANT Patch 2.11 (May 2021 Wishlist)

Changing How Modes Rotate

Making sure game modes have a solid rotation is something many players will want to see in the new patch. VALORANT has had some trouble balancing what its players want outside of the core game, and the same problem surfaced with Replication.

A New Agent

We definitely want to see a new agent in the game if Patch 2.11 comes out in June as mentioned. Astra, the most recent agent to join VALORANT, was introduced in March.

Appropriate Agent Buffs and Nerfs

We expect more changes to agents in Patch 2.11. Patch 2.09 brought a number of changes and fixes for Viper and other agents.

Periodically, we have to update the engine for our game. Due to the nature of these updates, we want to give ourselves plenty of testing time and a stabilization period before shipping it to you. So, there will be no Patch 2.10. The next update will be Patch 2.11, around June 8.

With the VALORANT Masters tournament in Reykjavík approaching, many players who follow VALORANT's esports scene wonder how the game will promote and celebrate the upcoming event. This looks like an important opportunity for players to show off and help introduce the event to a wider audience.
