VALORANT's newest agent, Skye, will be released on October 27. VALORANT, the rising darling of the FPS world lately, has genuinely excited us with its newest agent. Without further ado, here are all of Skye's abilities.
Trailblazer Ability
Skye holds a Tasmanian tiger figurine in her hand. You can control this predator by firing. Firing again makes the tiger leap forward and explode, dealing damage to enemies it hits directly.
Guiding Light Ability
Skye holds a hawk figurine in her hand. Activated by firing, it launches forward and travels in the direction the player moves the mouse. Similar in use to the smokes of the character Jett, this ability can blind opponents by bursting when fired again.
Regrowth Ability
Skye holds a healing/flower figurine in her hand. By holding the fire button, she restores the health of teammates inside the circle that opens. Unfortunately, Skye cannot heal herself; it would be right to call her a true team player.
Finally, the Ultimate Ability: Seekers
Skye holds a seeker/flower figurine in her hand. When fired, it throws out flowers, up to three, that seek out and find the nearest opponents.
Skye's kit looks quite strong; flash, healing, vision disruption and plenty of scouting abilities are too many to count. If you are wondering why such a strong character has no downsides, you are quite right! Riot Games got ahead of these concerns by making abilities able to be destroyed by shooting them. Apart from the healing ability, all of Skye's abilities can be shot before they reach their targets, and in most cases, using an ability leaves Skye vulnerable to enemies.
