Apex Legends: Upheaval's Gameplay Trailer Is Out!

With just one day to go before the new season begins, new Legend Alter's battlefield performance and the game's new features are coming to light.

Just ahead of Apex Legends: Upheaval's launch on May 7, Electronic Arts and Respawn released a brand-new gameplay trailer.

Here are some of the features coming to players with this new season:

New Legend: Alter

With Alter, chaos given form, players will dominate the battlefield.

• Her passive ability, "Gift from the Rift," pulls an item from a distant death box, making it extremely handy for swapping weapons or conjuring a surprise Shield Battery.

• Alter's tactical ability, "Void Passage," opens a portal on the surface, giving her a way to send enemies back to the respawn room or make a quick escape.

• When her ultimate ability, "Void Nexus," is activated, it places a device that opens a one-way portal for anyone on the team to return to the marked location.

Solo Takeover

Players will fight on their own with Solo Takeover, which will replace Duos at the start of the season.

Broken Moon Shatters

A lunar nightmare becomes reality as Olympus's Cleo collides with the point of stagnation, reshaping the battlefield with new POIs and a reworked map.

Apex Artifacts

All Legends will be able to customize each variant's theme, power source, and more with exotic parts.
