Season 8 and the second anniversary celebrations in CoD Mobile are drawing to a close. As always, tons of new content and a big update await players in the new season. CoD Mobile Season 9 is nearly complete as it gears up for a Halloween event. From new weapons and maps to the return of Undead Siege, from spooky map revisions to a scary "Nightmare" theme, here's everything the developers have planned for their 2021 showcase!

CoD Mobile Season 9: New Maps
- First up is Hovec Sawmill, another map making the jump from 2019's Modern Warfare to CoD Mobile.
- This mid-sized map offers multiple lanes, a mix of verticality, and opportunities for both indoor and outdoor engagements.
- The CoD Mobile take, fitting the Halloween theme, has Hovec Sawmill set at night, so make sure to turn up your screen brightness.

CoD Mobile Season 9: New Weapons
- First up is the Thumper, a lethal grenade launcher. Landing a direct hit with a round from the Thumper often guarantees a one-shot kill.
- Next, we have a newer addition joining the mix in CoD Mobile Season 9, as the Swordfish tactical rifle is set to release soon. This four-round burst weapon first appeared in Black Ops 4, and while it has a slow rate of fire, it packs a tremendous punch.
CoD Mobile Season 9: Battle Pass
- The first announcement about the Battle Pass came on October 18 when developers confirmed a new Operator Skill is coming to the Battle Pass. The TAK 5 Operator Skill instantly restores your entire squad to full health and even overheals them by an extra 50 HP.
- We can also expect plenty of spooky character skins to be added to the new Battle Pass, given the Halloween theme in CoD Mobile Season 9.
CoD Mobile Season 9: Undead Siege
Following its release in August, Undead Siege is finally returning to CoD Mobile in Season 9. Not only will the popular Zombies mode be active again, but developers have shared details on some "new rewards to earn and new challenging Zombies behaviors to defeat."
