EA FC 24's Best Dribblers Ranked

EA FC 24 is like the other entries in the series when it comes to skills and getting past defenders. But the introduction of PlayStyles has made it even harder for defenders to deal with the highest-dribbling players in the game. On top of the overpowered cards EA has released throughout the year, many base cards are already beyond what they should realistically be.

This list ranks players by taking into account a combination of pure dribbling stats, pace, and different PlayStyles that contribute to this side of the game. Even so, some may feel better or worse depending on your playstyle — for example, do they rely on skills, pace, or juking defenders? How well can you actually use these abilities? Without getting hung up on those questions, here they are: the best dribblers in EA FC 24!

FC 24's Best Dribbling Players

10. Caroline Graham Hansen

FC Barcelona is packed with outstanding dribblers and players with some of the highest overall ratings. Hansen ticks both boxes. She has a 90 overall rating, built on top of an equally outstanding 90 dribbling. She has notable stats including 94 agility and 90 acceleration, but what really sets her apart is her skill set. Hansen has five-star skill moves and an essentially limitless repertoire thanks to the Trickster+ PlayStyle. Hansen also has core PlayStyles that feed her dribbling, like Technical, First Touch, and Quick Step. On top of that, she has a stamina rating as good as 74, letting her take on the responsibility of holding onto the ball against taller defenders.

9. Vini Jr

Real Madrid's superstar absolutely had to be on this list, though plenty of players expected him to rank higher. The truth is his dribbling rating is a little lower than it probably should be, "only" 90. He has similar stats to Hansen, with 95 agility, 92 dribbling, and 90 ball control. But he has far better pace, with 95 acceleration and sprint speed. He's not lacking in the Trickster department either, and still has five-star skill moves. As for PlayStyles, Vinicius Jr. has Quick Step+, First Touch, and Rapid. He's fast and nearly unstoppable, but he's not as good at escaping tight spots or holding the ball up against bigger players. Still, for a winger, the ability to blow past anyone is in his back pocket ;)

8. Aitana Bonmatí

Bonmatí is the first player to reach a 91 dribbling rating, but that's not even the most important thing about her in the game. In EA FC 24, ratings don't mean much without the right PlayStyles to back them up. It's fair to say Bonmatí has one of the most heavily used PlayStyles in the game: Technical+. It gives an incredible boost to ball control, agility, pace on the ball, and dribbling. Her pace isn't bad for a midfielder, sitting at 81, and she also has other interesting PlayStyles like First Touch and Relentless. Her 75 stamina is also quite good. Even without five-star skills, she's an effective player.

7. Jamal Musiala

There's hardly a better showcase for dribbling than a classic attacking midfielder. Musiala has 91 dribbling and fully embraces that style of play. Like Bonmatí, he has the Technical+ PlayStyle, but he also adds the Skill dimension to it. His pace is a bit better, at 85, and he also has five-star skill moves, Trickster, and First Touch. On top of that, having 92 balance makes him an almost unstoppable dribbler and excellent at breaking down defenses.

6. Debinha

Another attacking midfielder, Debinha, is almost identical to Musiala across the board. She also has a 91 dribbling rating, Technical+, five-star skill moves, 94 balance, and 84 pace. However, Debinha adds one more PlayStyle to the mix. On top of First Touch and Trickster, Debinha also has Quick Step, which can come in handy in certain situations. And given she also has better shooting and passing ability, it's clear which of the two is the better option.

5. Kylian Mbappé

Things start to get seriously serious from here on out. Mbappé is an unfair player. His stats include 92 dribbling, 97 pace, five-star skill moves, and 77 stamina. Of course, he also holds the game's highest overall rating at 91. His downside comes from his PlayStyles. Like Vinicius, he leans almost entirely on pace, with Quick Step+ and Rapid. That said, he's missing other core PlayStyles like First Touch and Trickster. His balance is also low, at just 82. Still, with this much pace and dribbling, those shortcomings don't matter that much.

4. Bernardo Silva

We can point to Technical+, his far superior dribbling skill, and his relentless energy as reasons Bernardo Silva is one of the most reliable midfielders in the game. On paper, you'd think he shouldn't be this good, since at a glance his stats are only 69 pace, four-star skill moves, and 54 stamina. So what makes him this good? His 92 dribbling, stamina in the 90s, and being an elite passer, of course. But Technical+ makes him feel faster than he should be. He already has 95 agility and still gets 78 acceleration despite low overall pace. He's explosive over short distances, which is a good weapon on its own. But the Technical+ PlayStyle massively boosts his pace, agility, balance (already at 92), and overall dribbling while on the ball. The best example is probably a comparison with his teammate Jack Grealish. Interestingly, despite having lower pace, Bernardo feels faster than him despite his lower pace stat. The best way to understand just how good he is without doing anything fancy is to try him without pulling off a skill move or relying on pace.

Who Are EA FC 24's Top 3 Dribblers?

3. Alexia Putellas

Another FC Barcelona player, Alexia Putellas is one of the highest-rated players in EA FC 24. Putellas is the game's best midfielder, and a large part of that comes down to her 92 dribbling. Unlike anyone else, she has the First Touch+ PlayStyle. That PlayStyle is extremely useful for beating the opposing team's press and making quick decisions as the ball comes to her. As you'd expect, Putellas has five-star skill moves and other useful PlayStyles like Technical. Her 78 stamina and 82 pace are plenty for her position. She might need Trickster to get the very best results, but she's still outstanding regardless.

2. Neymar Jr.

Neymar, who took the throne after Ronaldinho when it comes to skills and hasn't given it up in years, earns his place at number two on this list in the last FC game before his Saudi Arabian adventure began. Being the only player in the game with a 93 dribbling rating is proof enough that he's the best. He may be easy to overlook after his move to Saudi Arabia, but he's still fantastic in the game. As expected, Neymar's five-star skill moves and Trickster+ PlayStyle come along with other PlayStyles like Technical, Quick Step, and First Touch. He has 86 pace and 88 acceleration. To close the pace gap with other wingers, he combines Quick Step with 93 agility. His pace is a bit low for a winger, and his balance is also low, at just 83. Still, he suits players who are used to relying heavily on skill moves to get past defenders.

1. Lionel Messi

Messi, whom we'd even consider the greatest dribbler in the history of the game, is still the best even at this late stage of his career. The Technical+ PlayStyle was made to mimic his dribbling style, and it fits perfectly. Stats like a 94 dribbling rating, 95 balance, 96 dribbling, 96 composure, and 91 agility already say it all. His sprint speed is as low as 74, but 87 acceleration more than makes up for it. Thanks to Technical+ and Quick Step, he looks much faster whenever the ball is at his feet. His iconic runs, leaving defenders in the dust with tiny turns on the ball, feel more realistic than ever. Even with only four-star skill moves, he doesn't really need them.
