FIFA 21 Team of the Week Announced!

Every week, FUT 21's Team of the Week (TOTW) is made up of players who performed well in their own leagues, but this week the picks were based on players' performances in international matches instead.

Compared to previous weeks, this Team of the Week features somewhat lower-rated players, drawn from those who shined for their national teams and earned their spot on the list. In particular, Alphonso Davies, who plays fullback for his club but lines up as a left winger and scores goals for the Canadian national team, can easily be named the standout player of this week's TOTW. Alongside his pace and dribbling, if you slot in a card (Finisher) that boosts his passing and shooting, he can cause real trouble for opponents. His PS price is only 114,00, and at that price an Alphonso Davies is absolutely worth trying!

Who Were the Most Impactful Players in FUT 21 TOTW 27?

Of course, like every Aubameyang card before it, his latest release can easily be played in any Premier League squad. It's a great pick for players who like playing as a lone striker and running in behind, and if you slot in a Finisher chemistry style focused on dribbling and shooting, you cover his weak points and create a much more effective Abu.

Following the recent wave of new cards, prices for several notable cards have dropped noticeably. Aubameyang's PS price for this card hovers around 380,00. Given his attributes, that's a pretty ideal price. It's likely to dip a bit further in the coming days, so picking him up early in the week — right after Weekend League ends — could land you an even better deal.

If you've never played with Kimmich or tried any of his cards before, you've been missing out. He's a highly driven, hardworking player who wins the ball back and is extremely effective in possession, and he has plenty of cards to choose from — he's one of the best 1-2 central midfield picks for German teams. His new card's PS price is 517,00. If your funds aren't in great shape, that's not money you should be spending right now. But if you've got the budget and you're running a squad with high chemistry, I'd recommend using this card, or any Kimmich card, really.

Two Turkish Players Made FIFA 21's Team of the Week!

Çağlar Söyüncü, who has battled injuries since the start of the season and has only recently started regaining his old form, earned a spot in this week's starting XI thanks to his defending against Haaland and the goal he scored in the match against Norway. His original card's high defending and physical stats are a huge advantage. His pace is 75 on this card; add a Shadow chemistry style aimed at defending and pace, and his defending climbs above 90 while his pace approaches the 80 mark — a genuinely great number. Since his physical is already high, you can comfortably use him as an effective defender both in 1v1 defending and against long balls played in behind.

His PS price of 42,500 is very reasonable for April, and given the attributes listed above, he can comfortably be used in a Premier League squad.

Another Turkish national player, Burak Yılmaz, also earned a spot in the starting 18. This card has above-average pace, shooting and physical, but its biggest handicap is clearly dribbling. Any chemistry style card that gives +3 to dribbling can comfortably be slotted in.

Right winger has long been one of LaLiga's biggest weak spots (finding anyone besides Messi is tough), and Dembele's card goes some way toward fixing that. At a PS price of 390,00, it's a fair price for a well-built LaLiga or French squad. Trying out Dembele's card is exciting, especially since he's been effective in FIFA 21.

Goalkeeper Dubravka's PS price is around 40,000. With a rating above your average keeper, he's worth considering for your squad too.
