Once you have a strong army, you're secure in Infinity Kingdom. That way, opponents won't want to attack you and will hold back. The first step to building a strong army is putting together a force that can defend your kingdom against incoming threats. With this army, you'll also gain the ability to attack other kingdoms without taking too many losses. Players with strong armies are usually the ones who can win at the end of each season.

Building a strong army isn't just about cramming as many soldiers as possible into each squad. Several factors come into play as you build an efficient military force that can both repel enemy forces and conquer other kingdoms. New players often miss some of these steps because they're busy juggling both economic and military resources. In this guide article, we'll show you how you can build a really strong army in Infinity Kingdom.

Do Technological Research

Building a strong army comes down to researching new military techniques at the academy and raising each soldier's stats. This will set your troops apart from kingdoms at your level or below.

Upgrading troop technology can be expensive and can cost you a lot of iron. Make sure your economy can handle it before prioritizing troop upgrades. Otherwise, you'll have to pause your military progress until you finish your economic upgrades; in other words, unless another player is attacking you relentlessly, try to figure out which types of troops you want to use most often in your squads. Then prioritize upgrading those units to maximize efficiency.

Upgrade Your Immortals

Immortals are the single most important control mechanism for your army's efficiency and size. The higher level an Immortal you have, the more troops you can command and the larger your total army size can grow. Even if your training grounds hold the maximum number of soldiers, that won't count for much unless they're assigned to an Immortal. Simply having a large number of soldiers isn't enough on its own when you go into battle. With an Immortal, if you lose some of your soldiers in a clash, the Immortal makes sure replacements arrive right away for the ones you've lost.

Organize Your Roster

Another important factor in building your army is organizing your team roster to make your army's distribution and available bonuses more efficient. To collect different types of Immortals, you'll need to summon your Immortals regularly. Since every Immortal comes with a set of troops, the more options you have, the easier it will be to organize your troops. These are some of the tactics you can use to improve your roster and, in turn, maximize your army's strength.

• Base Bonuses

Every Immortal is made up of Wind, Fire, Water, Earth, Lightning, Holy, or Shadow. Having more than one Immortal of the same element on the same team will give you both greater damage output and a damage reduction boost against enemies. Having four Immortals and a dragon of the same element will give you the highest stat bonus. So try to put together a complete roster like that as soon as possible. Otherwise, going with a team made up of four elements will be your best option.

• Troop Distribution

At the start of the game, you'll most likely only have units using cavalry and archers. Depending on which faction you've joined, you should add Immortals that make use of other troop types, like Shieldmen or Spearmen, to maximize your squad's stat output.
