League of Legends Patch 11.13 had updates that would change the course of the mid lane and top lane in particular. The item changes that came with the new patch swapped the frequently picked top lane champions for one another. After 11.13 arrived, we examined the changed meta and shared the champions at the center of the top lane, taking their win and pick rates into account.
League of Legends 11.13 Tier List: Best Top Lane Champions
The champions on the list we prepared for players curious about the League of Legends 11.13 Solo Top Tier List were compiled by taking into account matches played by most pro players.
Shen: S Tier
Tanks look quite healthy in the LoL 11.13 solo meta. This shows that Shen's place in the new meta is secure. Thanks to Anathema's Chains, added to the game with the new patch, Ninja is climbing solo queue with confident steps. If you want a tank pick that also wins games, Shen is the right choice.
Jax: S Tier
In the 11.13 meta, Jax looks like the most fearsome champion of the top lane. With the Hullbreaker item added to the game with the new patch, he makes his split-push mechanic even stronger. If the enemy team doesn't take a precaution against Jax's split-push power, Jax will carry the game easily and end up on the winning side.
Darius: S Tier
There will of course be those who ask when Darius was ever out of the meta. You're right, Darius has generally managed to be a dominant force in the top lane. Moreover, the split-push and tank champion frenzy that became the meta in Patch 11.13 takes Darius to the next level. Thanks to his lane-pushing power, he can be the aggressor and also do quite well on defense.
Fiora: S Tier
Fiora gets quite strong with the new item, as Jax does. She is the most frequently picked champion in high Elo matches and also has a very high win rate. Not having received a nerf for a long time makes Fiora a very strong pick.
Riven: S Tier
Riven was nerfed a bit in the last patch. The shield she gets from her E dropped from 95-215 to 80-205, but this nerf didn't have much effect on Riven. She is still very strong in the top lane and still has serious carry potential.
