This tournament will be part of the upcoming Esports World Cup (EWC) 2024, where various mobile games and the best athletes from around the world will compete to find the best of the best. The competition features 24 teams from various regions across SEA, CSA, EMEA, and the Americas, with a massive prize pool worth $3,000,000.

PUBG Mobile World Cup (PMWC) 2024 Teams
This tournament is the mid-season international event of the whole season. Vampire Esports won the previous event, formerly known as the PUBG Mobile World Invitational (PMWI). Only the top 24 teams out of a total of 39 announced partner teams will take part in this event.
The event will feature five teams from Southeast Asia, four teams from Central and South Asia, four teams from EMEA, three teams from the Americas, two teams from China, one team from South Korea, and one team from Japan. The event will also feature the winning team of the PUBG Mobile Rivals Cup (PMRC) Korea-Japan tournament, along with two special invited teams. The champions of PUBG Mobile Global Open 2024 will also be among the teams taking part in the tournament.
PUBG Mobile World Cup (PMWC) 2024 Tournament Format
Group Stage
In the group stage of the tournament, 24 teams will face off against each other. 12 teams from this competition will advance to the next round, the Main Stage Event. The remaining 12 teams will move into a Survival Stage, which will also include 4 new entrants invited from the PUBG Mobile Super League (PMSL). One team from each region's PMSL tournament (SEA, Americas, CSA, and EMEA) will take part here. These sixteen teams will compete for the 4 final spots in the Main Stage event.
Main Stage
Once the top 4 teams from the Survival Stage are determined, 16 teams will compete for the main prize pool. KRAFTON's partner program will feature the best talent from Southeast Asia, as well as new teams from CSA, the Americas, and EMEA.
