First Look at Teamfight Tactics (TFT) 11.3's Likely Patch Notes

Following the small tweaks made since Set 4.5 launched, bigger changes are on the way with TFT patch 11.3. TFT's official Twitter page shared an image touching on the upcoming patch notes.

It looks like this approach was taken because some champions weren't performing as expected, leading to a dull, monotonous playstyle. Patch 11.3 turns out to be a patch with more buffs than nerfs, which tells us there's nothing game-breaking going on yet. We can all be glad we won't have to deal with a static Warwick anymore. Out of the patch notes' total changes, there are 6 buffs and only 1 nerf.

With Set 4.5's arrival, the Ancient and Mage classes took over the lead. After a week dominated by Aurelion Sol, the patch that followed tried to build a more balanced meta but didn't quite succeed. To fix this, instead of handing out nerfs like a judge passing sentence, they seem to have decided to buff other champions and strategies instead. This balance was pursued by strengthening the Cutter class, previously not considered worth playing, and the Dragonsoul class, which had become underpowered. The Spirit class, meanwhile, was nerfed both because it only reaches its strongest form with 4 champions and because champions who make great use of the haste buff synergize extremely well together. The biggest example of this is Akali holding a Blue Buff and a Bombardment Cannon. Akali fitting these criteria perfectly, along with her ability to poison games, is probably the main reason behind this nerf.

One big, not-yet-announced change coming in the TFT 11.3 patch is a rework of the Divine class. Reworking this trait, which had become forgotten amid the dozens of new classes and champions, will make players who love playing Divine compositions happy.
