TFT Set 7.5 New Traits Announced

Lagoon

Riot Games' official description of Lagoon is as follows:

"Lagoon units gain additional Ability Power and Attack Speed. A Sea Stone appears on the board that provides loot as Lagoon units use Abilities over time."

Lagoon is the tamer of the two new traits in Set 7.5. It gives bonus AP and attack speed, which is sure to combine well with mage units that want to cast as often as possible for as much damage as possible. The more your Lagoon units cast, the more rewards you earn. To get a large number of rewards, you should encourage keeping the units in play for as long as possible.

Darkflight

Riot Games' official description of Darkflight is as follows:

Riot Games' official statement about Darkflight:

"The unit on the Darkflight hex is sacrificed at the start of combat, giving each Darkflight champion a copy of a random item they hold, and bonus health to each."

Darkflight modifies the Legend trait found in Set 7: Dragonlands. Instead of giving a Legend champion all the stats of the sacrificed units, a Darkflight sacrifice simplifies this and instead gives all Darkflight champions bonus health and an item. You need to be very careful about which items you want all your Darkflight champions to get. You must make sure you place the item only on a unit that will be sacrificed.
