Best Teams to Manage in Football Manager 2023 (FM23)

Football Manager 2023 (FM 23) is about to come out, so it's high time you got in shape and sharpened your skills for the game... But don't worry, because thanks to the guides we've put together about the game, getting in shape will be much easier. So which are the best teams/clubs you can manage in Football Manager 2023 (FM23)?

Best Clubs You Can Manage in Football Manager 2023 (FM 23)

KRC Genk

In FM22, the Belgian side had one of the best youth academies in the game, and we don't think that will change much in Football Manager 2023. With European competitions to keep in mind, starting at Genk will let you pull off one of the best saves in Football Manager 2023.

Newcastle United

Managing Newcastle isn't all that hard. In FM22, the Toon were the richest club in the Premier League, and that's expected to stay the same in Football Manager 2023. With a big budget and a good squad, you can manage Newcastle beautifully in FM23.

Oldham Athletic

Due to off-field issues, the former Premier League club drifted away from the Football League pyramid, and the club now plies its trade in the National League. Bringing Oldham back to its old popularity will help speed up your progress in FM.

UD Ibiza

This club managed to climb into Spain's second tier. While battling some of the country's big sides, now's the perfect time to take over Ibiza and turn them around. You can restore them to their former glory with a good squad.

Ipswich Town

A former UEFA Cup winner, Ipswich offers a great chance to bring a fallen club back up in Football Manager 2023. With a squad made up of young and experienced players, you can rebuild them from the ashes.
