TFT Set 7 EMEA Competitive Roadmap 2022! When Are the EMEA Dragonlands Rising Legends Finals?
Rising Legends continues its Teamfight Tactics (TFT) esports partnership with Riot Games for the EMEA regions and hosts a total of 4 major tournaments in the Set 7 Dragonlands competitive season. The top TFT players from EUW, EUNE, TR and RU will compete through the Golden Spatula Cup to earn invites to the Dragonlands Rising Legends Finals in the fall. All players can earn an invite to the Dragonlands World Championship through Spatula points, the Golden Cup Spatula title, the Superbrawl title and top ranking.
Golden Cup Spatula TFT Tournaments
Three Golden Cup Spatula tournaments will be held during the Dragonlands season. Each Cup will have an Open Qualifier tournament the weekend before, and the top 32 will earn the right to compete in the next Golden Cup Spatula.
- Golden Cup Spatula 1 : July 8 - 10, with the Open Qualifier taking place July 2 - 4
- Golden Cup Spatula 2 : August 12-14, Open Qualifier August 6-8
- Golden Cup Spatula 3 : September 30 - October 2, with the Open Qualifier taking place September 24 - 26
Each Open Qualifier will feature 512 TFT players competing over three days. Players will earn an invite to a qualifier through ranked ladders for each of the four regions in EMEA.
- EUW : 60 slots
- EUNE : 20 slots
- TR : 12 slots
- RU : 4 slots
The top 32 TFT players from the qualifiers will advance to the next Golden Spatula Cup and can earn Spatula points toward an invitation to the Rising Legends finals. Players can also earn a direct invite by winning the Cup. At the end of the Dragonlands season, the 14 Spatula winners with the highest points will get the chance to join the Rising Legends finals.
Superbrawl and the TFT Regional Competition
In TFT Set 7, Regional tournaments run by organizers, which will feed into Superbrawl, will be held. At Superbrawl, a total of 24 players, three from each of eight regions, will compete: DACH, Eastern Europe, France, Italy, Northern Europe, Spain, Türkiye and the rest of EMEA. Superbrawl will be held September 2-4, 2022, and the top three TFT players will join the Rising Legends Finals.
EMEA Dragonlands Rising Legends Finals
The EMEA Rising Legends Finals will be held October 21-23, 2022, and will feature the top 32 players of the Dragonlands season:
- Three Golden Cup Spatula winners
- 14 Spatula points earners
- Top 12 players on the ladder
- Three Superbrawl winners
