- Team Liquid beat KRÜ Esports 2-0, and XERXIA Esports beat OpTic Gaming 2-0, both by identical map scores.
- Fnatic vs Ninjas in Pyjamas and XERXIA Esports vs Team Liquid are scheduled for Day 2 of Masters Reykjavik.
VALORANT Champions Tour Stage 1: Masters Reykjavik matches kicked off yesterday with plenty of excitement! We watched a total of 3 matches at the tournament yesterday. DRX and ZETA DIVISION, Team Liquid and KRÜ Esports, and XERXIA Esports and OpTic Gaming were the teams we watched in these matches. Let's take a look at yesterday's results:

DRX Vs ZETA DIVISION Match Result
The match started at around 18:00 TRT. ZETA DIVISION picked Icebox, while DRX picked Haven. DRX took the lead on the first map, Icebox, and won the match 13-2. That made the overall score 1-0. Nothing changed on the second map, Haven, either: DRX kept its lead, pushed the overall score to 2-0, and won the match.
Team Liquid Vs KRÜ Esports Match Result
The second match started at around 21:00 TRT. Of the two teams, KRÜ Esports picked Fracture, while Team Liquid picked Ascent. Team Liquid took a 1-0 lead in the match after winning the first map, Fracture, 13-5. TL also won the second map, pushing the score to 2-0 and taking the win.
XERXIA Esports Vs OpTic Gaming Match Result
The day's final match started at around 00:00 TRT. XERXIA Esports picked Icebox, while their opponent OpTic Gaming picked Ascent. XERXIA Esports managed to take the lead on the first map with a score of 13-10, putting the match at 1-0. The team kept its lead on the second map too, pushing the overall score to 2-0 and becoming another one of the day's winning teams. It was surprising that all three matches played ended with the same score.
