VALORANT 7.07 Patch Notes
Map Updates
Haven
- The break animation of the breakable panels above the doors at Mid Doors/Garage was updated so that it is easier to see through them when they shatter.
Performance Updates
- Multithreaded rendering was enabled for discrete Intel graphics cards, and the number of cores required for processors was reduced.
Bug Fixes
General
In Patch 7.06, we fixed a bug that allowed the game to emit three-dimensional audio under certain conditions even though three-dimensional audio was untested and unsupported. VALORANT currently supports only stereo and mono audio output.
- We offer the HRTF technology option to simulate three-dimensional audio on headphones. However, using the HRTF option in the game at the same time as other audio virtualization software will cause double processing, so we do not recommend it.
- We would also like to remind you that other audio virtualization software cannot obtain information from stereo audio.
Agents
- Cypher
- Neural Theft (X) is no longer canceled even if Cypher dies after using the ability.
- Fixed an issue that could cause Cypher to stay blinded if he was caught by a blinding ability while using Spycam (E) as the round ended.
- Gekko
- Dizzy's (E) enemy detection distance now decreases as it should while inside Viper's Pit (X).
Premier
- Fixed an issue in the Overtime Priority vote that gave the attacking side priority over the defending side.
- Fixed a bug that caused a second timer to appear on screen even though the ''Pick a Side'' vote had ended.
- Fixed a bug that in some cases caused the Overtime Priority vote to start again in the next round.
