VCT 2022 EMEA LCQ started on August 7, 2022. In this tournament, the last stop before the much-anticipated big tournament, last night's matches were played between BBL and Team Liquid, and Guild Esports and NAVI.
BBL Esports vs TL Match Result
The VCT 2022 EMEA LCQ match started around 17:00 TRT. On the first map, Ascent, Team Liquid picked up a 13-11 win and went up 1-0 in the series. That meant Türkiye's representative BBL Esports was unfortunately defeated on its own preferred map. Things got messy on the next map, Icebox. Türkiye's representative BBL fell well behind TL, losing to its opponent 13-1, and TL came out as the winner of the match.
Guild vs NAVI Match Result
The other and final match of the day for the 2022 EMEA LCQ was played between Guild and NAVI. On the first map, Haven, NAVI narrowly beat Guild Esports, winning the map 13-11 and going up 1-0 in the series. On Split, Guild Esports shifted the balance a little and picked up a 13-11 score, making the overall score 1-1. On the final map, Icebox, NAVI found their footing again and managed to win the match with a score of 13-9.
